Center for Mission for Schools and Students

Center for Mission for Schools and Students recognizes that the Church is inherently missionary in its very nature, called to share the message of Christ with the world. Individuals of all ages within the Church who are exploring the meaning of their baptismal call to mission can greatly benefit from meaningful opportunities that help them grow in their faith, strengthen their spiritual identity, and embrace a deeper understanding of their unique missionary vocation.

``True education enables us to love life and opens us to the fullness of life.”

Address to teacher, Pope Francis

Center for Mission for Schools and Students—Deepening Faith Through Missionary Education

The Catholic Church is missionary by nature, and all baptized Catholics are called to live out their missionary vocation. People of all ages can grow in faith by embracing the baptismal call to mission through opportunities that deepen their understanding of global discipleship.

Mission work teaches the value of love for others, the dignity of every human person, and our shared responsibility for both local and global communities. It fosters awareness of cultural diversity and reinforces the belief that all people deserve the fullness of life in Christ.
